Operation of Hope is a 25-year-old foundation and has performed more than 3,000 free surgeries in people in need. Consisting of all volunteers, this surgical team has been in Zimbabwe since 2006 and has performed more than 550 free surgeries at NO cost to the patient and their families.

Operation of Hope in collaboration with the University of Zimbabwe College of Health Sciences Department of Surgery and the Ministry of Health and Child Welfare with the assistance of Zimbabwe Rotary will provide free cleft lip and cleft palate and craniofacial reconstructive surgeries

If you know of someone in need  of cleft surgery, please bring have them bring all pertaining medical records on Screening Day, Sunday 4th August 2013 by 8:00 am to Harare Central Children’s Hospital, Southerton located at Harare Central Hospital

Operation of Hope surgeons will examine all potential cases and assign qualified patients for surgery. Please bring all pertinent medical records and information. All surgeries are free of charge with no cost to patients or families. Care is for all ages.
