How MANY times have we complained about poor customer service in Zimbabwe? We complain and complain and complain. Yet very often we don’t know what to do about it and it seems that there isn’t an avenue to address these concerns.

There are ways of sharing your story. Here are some simple and not so out of the box solutions I discovered: –

  • Get in touch with Consumer Council of Zimbabwe – www.ccz.org.zw
  • We also have our very own Zimbabwe’s first consumer advocacy blog where anyone can submit their own consumer related stories – www.consumerizim.com

I am sure there are numerous stories out there about good and bad customer service throughout Zimbabwe. The question I suppose is what happens next? What can the customer or consumer do to report incidents of good or bad customer service?

Join us as we discuss this pertinent issue at 6pm CAT 9 April 2013.
